Are there any pre-requisites for completing this course?
There are no formal pre-requisites required for joining the Certified Agile Leadership course.
Is there an examination included with this course?
No formal exam is necessary to achieve this certification. To qualify, simply complete the Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) course led by an accredited CAL educator.
This course requires minimum attendance of 16 hours. Please note that full attendance is mandatory in order to be registered for the associated certification.
After the course, you'll receive a welcome email from Scrum Alliance® with a link to accept your CAL license agreement. Once accepted, you’ll be able to download and print your official certification.
Is there any pre-course reading?
Participants should plan to spend approximately one hour engaging with pre-course materials, which include selected readings and video content, before attending the training.
What is the validity of the Scrum Alliance membership?
The membership is valid for two years from the date of certification.
Will I need to do any homework during the course?
Some evening work is required. You can expect to spend no more than 30 minutes reading a case study in preparation for Day Two.
