Course Overview

The Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Practitioner course, accredited by APMG International and developed with the Agile Business Consortium, introduces delegates to the AgilePM framework and enables them to apply its principles to plan, manage and deliver projects. Packed with interactive exercises that reinforce Agile principles in real-world scenarios, delegates leave prepared to manage projects effectively and gain certification at both Foundation and Practitioner levels.

Organisations often struggle with rigid processes or a lack of clear structure. Combined with unclear requirements and misaligned priorities, delivery suffers. Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) provides an adaptable framework to address these challenges. Since 2010, it has become the world's leading certification for Agile project management, supporting teams in delivering change effectively.

AgilePM V3 enhances this foundation by incorporating Scrum practices and introducing project simulations that reinforce Agile thinking and practical application. Designed for teams of all sizes, it supports scalable delivery regardless of project complexity.
